Staying healthy is the top priority. The number one goal for any race is to show up at the start line healthy, even if that means slightly under-trained.

Recovery is part of the plan. That means plenty of easy running, rest, strength, mobility and honest communication about how training is going. Consistency over intensity. Longevity in running. We adjust when your body, schedule or life says we need to.
